By simply providing a back up of your current database, Agentplus can easily import the data into the new application as well as providing you reporting which will allow you to perform a complete reconciliation of your portfolio in preparation for a clean and accurate implementation.   • What if I want to leave Agentplus? How do I retrieve my data?
    At Agentplus, we are committed to providing a first class service experience, so hopefully this won't be necessary! Once you get used to working in a new way we are sure you will never want to leave. But, if you decide to sell your rent roll or move on in some way we can export your data at any time using CSV format. Back to FAQ's

The Agentplus service includes the full management of your trust account from invoice processing through to end of month reconciliations and statement production. This allows better visibility and reporting of your rent roll, plus the ability to report by group (for principals who own multiple offices).

The important benefit in standardising processes is that the customer experience is the uniform, no matter how many properties you manage. All owners are able to access an online portal with the same look, feel and functionality.
