Agentplus is the beneficiary of the multi-million dollar investment in technology made by Run Corporation (ASX: RNC). As one of the largest property management service companies in the southern hemisphere, the property management software products commercially available were unable to cater to the number of properties managed by RUN. As a result the Agentplus software platform was developed to meet this need. Now this technology and know how has become available to the broader market to enable greater efficiencies, particularly for those operating large rent rolls. In addition to a state-of-the-art Property Management Software solution, Agentplus provides a fully outsourced Trust Accounting and Administration Service. Focused on delivering best practice outcomes from experience in delivering to such large organisations as RUN, Agentplus is well positioned to deliver a higher level of operational expertise to its customers. Today there are more than 25,000 properties on the Agentplus platform, and this number is growing daily. Agentplus now has over 300 individual application customers and manages more than $500 million of payments annually. |
